Fast, Simple Installation

Supplied in a pre-compressed state, Willseal BG100 self-expands to fill the below-grade expansion joint using noninvasive anchoring, reducing installation time and complexity on site.

How does Willseal® BG100 install and expand in the joint?

Willseal® BG100 arrives in a pre-compressed state for ease of installation. Once placed in the joint, the material self-expands to fill the opening and form a continuous water resistant seal. Expansion time varies based on humidity, temperature and storage conditions in the prior 24 hours. The material will continue to expand and equalize in the joint over time.

Is Willseal® BG100 suitable for food production or potable water environments?

Yes. Willseal® BG100 is available with an NSF/ANSI Standard 51 approved sealant coating for food contact applications, or an NSF/ANSI Standard 61 approved sealant coating for potable water contact applications. Contact your Tremco or Willseal sales representative for details.
