Fluid-Applied, Synthetic Air & Vapor Permeable Membrane

A vapor permeable air barrier that offers 12 months of UV resistance and service temperatures up to 240 °F (115 °C) and can be applied by roller, sprayer or trowel. Excellent for commercial applications and projects that require NFPA 285 testing. ExoAir® 230 mitigates air infiltration/exfiltration and water penetration while remaining permeable to the passage of water vapor. ExoAir 230LT offers low-temperature application.
