Non-Skinning, Non-Drying, Flexible, Synthetic Butyl Sealant

Basic Uses
  • TREMPRO JS-773+ is designed for field caulking of panel joints and can be used for in-plant applications.
  • TREMPRO JS-773+ is also ideal for buttering or bedding non-porous components that are squeezed together by fastening or for field caulking of the interior panel joints of PEMB panels.
  • It can be used to separate dissimilar metals to prevent galvanic action.
  • The product exhibits excellent adhesion to a variety of metals and metal finishes including hot-dip galvanized steel, Galvalume®, Kynar 500®, stainless steel, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), aluminum, and fiberglass.

  • What is the shelf life of your TREMPRO sealants?

    Most of the sealants have a 12-month shelf life based on the manufacturing date and batch numbers from the tubes or cases.

  • Within what temperature range can the TREMPRO sealants be applied?

    Tremco recommends that our sealants be applied at substrate temperatures of 40°F (5°C) and rising to 120°F (49°C).
