This net-zero home was build by incorporating sustainable, energy-efficient and easy-to-install building materials. By using Prebuck's Knock Down kits that provide custom-cut units, the contractors saved time cutting and sizing the unites and eliminated excess waste on-site. The engineered LSL bucks were a key part to achieving a net-zero home with their National Green Builder certification and added to the LEED points of the structure.
