Brian Stroik is Director of the Building Enclosure Group. His primary responsibility is the development of Tremco’s Construction Managers (CM) Program. He will also be assisting in system reviews, best construction practices, providing education on building science, and assisting CM’s through the Building Enclosure Commissioning Process.
Brian brings to Tremco more than 20 years of experience as a General Contractor / Construction Manager. During which the last 17 years were specifically focused on the Building Enclosure, learning about Building Science, and implementing LEAN Construction practices in the Field.
Brian is a nationally recognized speaker who commonly presents on: focusing on the contractor’s perspective of construction, how “Real Life” application of systems go (and sometimes don’t go) together, the importance of and variations of first run (mock ups) studies, field testing of the building enclosure, and Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx).
Brian is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is also Union Trained Carpenter.
