TREMPRO® EPDM Rubber Extrusions are extruded and fabricated into gaskets and accessories for use in sealing and glazing industrial and transportation OEM applications. Tremco rubber extrusions are available in a peroxide formulation for applications in which cure-enhanced memory and rebound characteristics are necessary.

Basic Uses
  • TREMPRO EPDM Rubber Extrusions are used in a variety of OEM applications.
  • These include vehicle glazing systems, bumpers, glazing gaskets, air seals, decorative trim and caps, O-rings and specialty extrusions.
  • TREMPRO EPDM Rubber Extrusions can also be butt-spliced, cut to length or molded into corners.
  • There are also Pressure Sensitive Adhesives available for applications where improved bond performance is required or the elimination of mechanical fasteners is desired.

  • What is the shelf life of your TREMPRO sealants?

    Most of the sealants have a 12-month shelf life based on the manufacturing date and batch numbers from the tubes or cases.

  • Within what temperature range can the TREMPRO sealants be applied?

    Tremco recommends that our sealants be applied at substrate temperatures of 40°F (5°C) and rising to 120°F (49°C).
